Who Do We Serve?
We serve family caregivers who care for children with special needs, the disabled, and older adults with many chronic illnesses. Research supports the fact that elders want to age in place when possible. We prepare family caregivers for the journey ahead that can be challenging as well as rewarding. OUR MISSION
The mission of Caregiving interanational is to educate and empower families, schools, and communities to care for our older adults in order to prevent elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Through our community engagement and proactive involovement in the community the C.A. R. E Program, we are teaching younger generations and adults to recognize and intervene and take action for older audults who may be socially isolated or at risk of being unsafe in their own environment. Safely aging in place for a better quality of life is your our goal, and we believe fierce education and training along with teaching compassion is key.
