About Us

Caregiving International is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization designed to help older people and the disabled remain in their homes or age in place. Our mission is to provide resources, education, and support for families who care for elders in crisis by solving problems of unsafe housing, providing necessary ramps, home modifications, widening door widths, installing grab bars, and ensuring safe aging equipment. We are fighting elder abuse, neglect, exploitation, poor care, ageism, and ensure the protection of a fast and growing aging population. No caregiving family should be left behind to carry these burdens all alone.

People like you who care support us. Caregiving International is also supported by business communities, faith-based groups, churches, individuals, local and world-wide organizations who want to ensure our older adults and caregiving families have a quality of life with dignity and respect as they age.

Who Do We Serve?

We serve family caregivers who care for children with special needs, the disabled, and older adults with many chronic illnesses. Research supports the fact that elders want to age in place when possible. We prepare family caregivers for the journey ahead that can be challenging as well as rewarding. We empower, educate, and equip families to care for their loved ones at home, and educate them and support them if they must place their loved ones in a facility.
